Men’s Group

Our men’s group is a place to find the important conversations that are often missing from our lives, to take on isolation, anxiety or depression, work through relationship conflicts and learn to cultivate intimacy and friendship.

We focus on deepening awareness of the self:

What do you really want to say “yes” to, and what do you want to say “no” to? How can you get better at saying both?

What are the ways you keep circling change, avoiding discomfort, and keeping yourself stuck?

And what are your communication patterns–what works and what doesn’t–and how can we team up with you to change them in the ways that you want?

We also laugh a lot, and provide a lot of support for each other.

The group is ongoing and we meet weekly, on Mondays from 5:15 – 6:45. The fee is $90 per week. The maximum is eight members. New members just commit to a trial period of six weeks, so that you will have a chance to make sure this is the group for you.

“The level of communication between my wife and me has improved several-fold as a direct result of the work I have done in our men’s group.”

“For me it is like taking a weekly trip to a special gym, with a great trainer, where I work out and practice staying emotionally present.  Thus far the objective results are more satisfying communication with my wife, my son, my clients and my employees.”
